#dubai & Belgrade, Serbia’s capital city, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to deepen cooperation. The MoU was signed by Abdulla Mohammed Al Basti, Secretary General of The Executive Council of Dubai, and Aleksandar Šapić, Mayor of Belgrade.
