9- دریافت شهاده انتصاب ( شهاده انتصاب گواهی اتاق بازرگانی عمان میباشد که همه شرکتها ملزم به دریافت ان
هستند).
10- ترخیص بلدیه (مجوز شهرداری )
برای مجوز شهرداری شما باید مکانی را به شکل اجاره تحت اختیار خود قراردهید.
توجه داشته باشید در عمان گزینه ای به عنوان معاملات املاک که قرارداد اجاره تنظیم کند وجود ندارد.
تمامی قرارداد های اجاره پس از امضا مالک و مستاجر به تایید شهرداری میرسد.
هزینه قرارداد اجاره 5% از قیمت اجاره مدت قرارداد است که همیشه مسئولیت این مبلغ به عهده مالک است
و مستاجر هیچ مسئولیتی در قبال این مبلغ ندارد.
توجه!
در بعضی مواقع به شما پیشنهاد میشود که قرارداد سوری امضا کنید. در ظاهر مشکلی وجود ندارد اما در جریان
باشد هر مبلغی بابت اجاره در قرارداد غید شده باشد تا پایان مدت قرارداد در تعهد شماست و اگر مالک راضی به
کنسل کردن قرارداد نباشد مبلغ اجاره یاد شده را باید تا انتها پرداخت نمایید.

چگونه بدون شریک عمانی شرکت 100 درصدی ثبت کنیم.
مراحل ثبت:
1- بکار گیری یک مترجم ( درصورتی که با زبان عربی و یا انگلیسی مشکل دارید)
2-مراجعه به سند خدمات ( سند خدمات به شرکتهایی گفته میشود که خدمات آنلاین و نامه نگاری اداری را به انجام
میرسانند ).
3- انتخاب نام شرکت ( نام شرکت در ابتدا می بایست نام عربی باشد و در صورت نیاز معادل نام انگلیسی در لایسنس نوشته میشود) ترجیها قبل از مراجعه و از قبل حداقل پنج نام چند سیلابی برای خود انتخاب کنید. ( چند سیلابی یعنی چند بخشی )
4- مدارک مورد نیاز تصویر پاسپورت شرکا که حداقل شش ماه از اعتبار آنها باقی مانده باشد.
5- مشخص نمودن سهام اعضا ( هر شریک چنددرصد از سهام را در اختیار دارد)
6- موضوع فعالیت شرکت ( شما در زمان ثبت میتوانید چندین موضوع فعالیت را انتخاب کنید).
توجه: (بودن موضوع فعالیت در لایسنس به منزله مجوز فعالیت نمیباشدو پس از طی نمودن مراحل ثبت باید به
اداره مربوطه برای دریافت مجوز یاد شده مراجعه نمایید) .
7- حق امضا :
توجه داشته باشید حق امضا در شرکتها به دوشکل تک نفره و یا چند نفره میباشد و برای موضوع های مالی اداری
و فنی شرکت باید مشخص کنید که چه کسانی مجاز به امضا هستند و آیا امضا منفرد باشد یا مشترک.
