نقش یک شرکت ثبت‌شده در آلمان در محدودسازی اینترنت در ایران
اکنون تحقیقات مشترک وب سایت آلمانی "نتس‌پولیتیک" و مرکز پژوهشی "کورکتیو" و روزنامه "تاتس" در آلمان نشان می‌دهند که ظاهرا شرکتی از قلب اروپای آزاد یعنی از آلمان، از ایالت نورد راین وستفالن، به جمهوری اسلامی در ایجاد محدودیت‌ در اینترنت کمک می‌کند.
گفته می‌شود که این شرکت، مستقر در "مربوش" در نزدیکی "دوسلدورف"، ارتباطات نزدیکی با حکومت در ایران دارد.
بر پایه گزارش‌ی که وبسایت "WDR" در این باره منتشر کرده، این شرکت "Softqloud" نام دارد و گفته می‌شود که شاخه‌ای از شرکت ایرانی ارائه دهنده خدمات فناوری اطلاعات (حوزه فناوری ابری) یعنی Arvancloud یا همان "ابرآروان" است.
مدت‌هاست که فعالان و متخصصان حوزه فناوری اطلاعات نسبت به نقش "ابرآروان" هشدار می‌دهند و آن را نه تنها سرویس دهنده‌ی ابری که تسهیل کننده پروژه‌ی اینترنت ملی در ایران معرفی می‌کنند.
